Statement Arts is in the process of obtaining our own not for profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt staus. While we are waiting for our application to be approved, THE FIELD, has taken us under their wing and we are now part of their Sponsored Artist Program. This program enables us to apply for most government, foundation, and corporate grants which require 501(c)(3), not-for-profit status. It also enables us to receive tax-deductible donations of both money and goods from individuals; and other services where 501(c)(3) status is necessary.
